Your HVAC systems are an investment and require TLC in order to keep them running properly. Our maintenance membership program is designed to help do just that while giving you peace of mind that your heating and cooling systems are operating at peak efficiency and won’t break down when you least expect it. Members also receive savings on parts and labor for HVAC as well as electric services!
Benefits of Membership
Our members receive routine scheduled maintenance, discounts and more:
- Scheduled maintenance: Two (2) scheduled maintenance calls per year (during normal working hours), including standard filters changed at each call.
- Exclusive discounts: 10% discount on all parts for covered equipment. 10% discount on labor during normal service hours for covered equipment. 5% discount will be allowed on the equipment portion of change-out contract (non-applicable with other offers).
- No extra fees for after hours service: Overtime calls are performed at the normal service rate. No extra fees or charges!
- Discounts on electric services too! Discounts are also extended to electric services as well when all HVAC equipment is covered by planned service contract.
